What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new listing opportunities
- Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations
- Build and manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers
- Negotiate contracts and achieve successful sales outcomes
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Build long-term relationships and referral networks
- Grow your personal profile within your local market
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Class 1 Licence (preferred but not essential)
- Must have real estate sales experience in last 12 months
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Must be knowledgeable about local area
