Position Details:

Level 4 position of leadership (POL)

Tenure: January 2027 to January 2030
Your duties will include:
-
To expand the opportunities for students to engage in and develop skills and experiences in the Performing Arts including concerts, drama, musicals, choirs, orchestras, bands and ensembles.

Encourage a culture of excellence in the Performing Arts through a climate of respect and achievement.

To produce College Productions or delegate to other qualified person/s
-
To expand co-curricular opportunities in the dramatic arts

To coordinate and further develop the instrumental Music program

To be successful in this position you should demonstrate the following:

Current valid VIT Registration

Commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic Education.

Successful teaching, mentoring and classroom practice experience.
- Ability to foster and develop relationships with staff and the wider community.

Ability to plan and manage resources effectively to support the school's educational programs.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with people at all levels and from varying backgrounds

Sound organisational and administrative skills

proven capacity to work independently and effectively in the face of changing priorities, deadlines and pressure.
