SITE SECURITY SUPERVISOR
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified security professionals to lead our team in the role of Site Supervisor.
This is a Permanent position working a varying (12-hour day shift) roster including some weekends. The position will be responsible for the supervision of the allocated site team, supporting adequate service delivery, training and administrational, reporting duties.

The Role / Duties / Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team
- Manage Emergency Situations
- Maintaining client relationships (when required)
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- Maintain training compliance of staff
- Observe, practice and implement WHS practices
- Manage SOP documentation, auditing and reporting processes
- General security duties including administrational tasks
- Act as a point of escalation for client personnel as required

- Accuracy and an acute attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong report writing ability and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Physically fit
- Professional personal presentation
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Exceptional work ethic and attendance
It is essential that the applicants must have:
- Current ACT Security Licence
- NV1 (or higher) level security clearance
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- Silica Exposure Awareness Training
- White Card
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong Computer Skills, including proficiency in MS Office application

- Outstanding (verbal and written) English language and communication skills

- Experience in security / security supervision roles would be highly advantageous
- Ability to lead small teams and manage a diverse range of staff

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
