About You:
To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel sales, Business Development, or Conference/Meetings & Events
- Proven experience managing client accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of Meetings & Groups/MICE segment
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Bring strategic thinking to utilising the Hotel space effectively
- Goal driven with proven experience in achieving sales targets, acquiring and retaining business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills used to build effective relationships with all stakeholders
