Rays Wellness is a multi-award-winning natural therapies dispensary redefining what alternative healthcare can look like. As a national leader in plant-based medicine and pharmacy innovation, we support patients across Australia with expert guidance, genuine care, and a commitment to raising the standard in natural therapies. From our custom-built digital platform to our purpose-designed dispensaries, we work closely with the country's leading prescribers, clinics, and suppliers to provide safe, seamless access to evidence-based treatments.
We've just come off our biggest awards season yet at the 2026 Cannabiz Awards — taking home Company of the Year and Best Place to Work, on top of back-to-back wins as Dispensary/Pharmacy of the Year in 2025. As patient demand grows, so do we — and this is where you come in.
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Dispensary Technician to join our South Melbourne team and help ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of prescriptions to patients. This is a key operational role supporting the full journey from script to shipment — working closely with our pharmacists and patient care team to create a seamless experience where patients feel confident, cared for, and supported at every step.
Whether you're early in your pharmacy career or bringing technical skills from another fast-paced environment, this is a chance to grow with a team that's genuinely going places.
