About the Role
Following successful growth in the Sydney metro region, Olesuke Disability Services is expanding our disability support services into Western NSW. We are seeking a Dubbo-based Sales representative to establish and grow our regional participant pipeline.
This position is responsible for the end-to-end growth process. From identifying referral channels and generating brand awareness locally, through to managing the formal intake and service agreement process for new participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent growth by securing new NDIS participants, executing a multi-channel prospecting strategy to meet monthly business growth targets.
- Proactively pitch to partner with and secure referrals from complex external channels including hospital discharge teams, social workers, the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), mental health organizations and community hubs.
- Establish and nurture a deep network of local NDIS Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs) and allied health practices across the Orana region.
- Maintain a high daily activity rate across outbound phone calls, professional emails, and localized digital marketing via LinkedIn and Facebook to generate inbound interest.
- Capitalize on local knowledge to map and attend community events, health expos and regional network functions to source raw client leads.
- Guide leads from initial connection through to face-to-face consultations and signed Service Agreements, tracking all data transparently in the company CRM for monthly reviews with the Sydney executive team.
