We're currently recruiting for the following permanent full-time positions:
Receptionist
Kalamunda Toyota – Kalamunda
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. You'll create a welcoming first impression while providing administrative support across our Sales and Service departments.
How you will make an impact
- Welcome customers and provide a professional first impression
- Answer and manage inbound calls, emails and customer enquiries
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM information
- Assist with vehicle licencing documentation and customer deliveries
- Support the Sales and Service teams with administration
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception, customer lounge and showroom
Service Receptionist
New Town Toyota – East Victoria Park
As our Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Service Department. You'll support customers throughout their service experience while assisting our busy team with day-to-day administration.
How you will make an impact
- Welcome Service customers and provide a professional first impression
- Answer and manage inbound service calls and appointment enquiries
- Support service bookings and customer follow-up
- Verify and maintain accurate customer information
- Manage daily no-show appointments and reschedule bookings
- Provide administrative support to the Service Department
- Assist the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service (automotive experience desirable but not essential)
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
