About the role
- Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians.
- Implementation and monitoring care of clients and their carer/s
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Collaborating with likeminded health professionals to achieve client outcomes
- Participating in the development of a supportive environment with colleagues
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience as an Enrolled Nurse – Community, Acute, Aged Care or Hospital experience
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA
- Current WA Drivers Licence and Vehicle
- Sound clinical knowledge and experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- written and verbal
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise
- Proven ability to contribute to and, work as part of a dynamic team under direct and indirect supervision and within scope of practice
- Valid working rights
- If appointed, a satisfactory Police Check will be required (and International Police check if required)
