We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our growing team in Blacktown. This role combines clinical care and care coordination, supporting clients to live independently at home with high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client care assessments
- Develop and manage care plans in line with government requirements
- Deliver and oversee clinical and personal care
- Monitor client outcomes and maintain quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and use care management systems
- Work closely with a supportive team and clients’ families
About You
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)
- Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for aged care and community services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence and access to a car
- National Police Check
- Australian work rights
Desirable
- Experience in aged care or home care
- Understanding of Home Care Packages / government funding
- Additional qualifications in aged care, dementia, or management
