About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Demand Planner to support the development of demand forecasts, inventory management activities, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Supply Chain Planning. You will work closely with experienced planners and cross-functional teams to analyse sales and market data, support forecasting activities, and contribute to business decision-making through reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of demand forecasts using sales data, market insights, and SAP.

Analyse sales trends and demand patterns to improve forecast accuracy.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production teams to support planning activities.

Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock risks or optimisation opportunities.

Assist with weekly and monthly S&OP processes, reporting, and performance tracking.

Prepare reports on forecast performance, KPIs, and demand trends.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectiveness and forecasting accuracy.
About You

Recent graduate or early-career professional in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

Some exposure to supply chain, planning, manufacturing, operations, or data analysis through employment, internships, university projects, or placements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Supply Chain Planning.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous but not essential.
