We are seeking a reliable, professional, and motivated Receptionist to join our team in Condell Park.
As the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of our business while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
· Answering phone calls and directing enquiries
· Greeting clients, visitors, and suppliers
· Responding to emails and booking appointments
· Managing calendars and schedules
· Data entry, filing, and maintaining records, orders
· Supporting staff with general administrative tasks
· Keeping the reception and office area organised
· Microsoft Office and comfortable using MYOB
· Friendly and professional, Organised and reliable
· Good at communication
· Comfortable using computers and office software
· Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
