About the Role
As a Joinery Installer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality architectural joinery installations that exceed client expectations.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll be responsible for ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard of craftsmanship.
Your Duties Will Include
- Installing custom-built kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, entertainment units and bespoke joinery.
- Installing commercial and architectural joinery to detailed plans and specifications.
- Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and installation plans.
- Accurately levelling and aligning cabinetry to premium finish standards.
- Scribing and fitting joinery to walls, ceilings and uneven surfaces for seamless finishes.
- Installing curved, feature and custom architectural joinery.
- Carrying out minor modifications where required during installation.
- Using a variety of professional hand tools, power tools and specialist equipment.
- Working closely with project managers, site supervisors and other trades.
- Identifying and resolving installation issues while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
- Completing installations within project timeframes while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite at all times.
What We're Looking ForExperienced Installers
Ideally you'll have experience installing medium to high-end residential or commercial joinery and understand the importance of precision, quality and attention to detail.
Experience with architectural joinery, cabinetry, shopfitting or commercial fit-outs will be highly regarded.

Candidates who own specialist equipment such as track saws, laser levels, dust extraction systems and precision installation tools will be highly regarded.
