- Planning and coordinating the production of foliage and flowers, from soil preparations to picking.
-Selecting and planting new stock.
-Maintaining production and optimal growing conditions.
-Organizing and conducting farming operations, such as collecting, storing, grading and packing product and organizing dispatch.
-Directing and overseeing general farming activities such as fertilizing and pest and weed control.
-Maintaining farm sheds and equipment.
-Planning crop preparation and production to meet requirements and market demands.
-Manage work health and safety processes.
-Working with positive attitude in a team.
