We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe/Cake shop Manager to lead our day to day operations. Reporting to the owner, you will be managing a small team drive sales and keep the store running smoothly.
Your responsibilitiesn will include:

What the job involves
- Managing daily store operations and rostering
- Leading team to deliver outstanding serviceMaking great coffee
- Coordinating custom cake orders
- Stock control, ordering and general café tasks
- Maintaining Food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance
- Creating a friendly, welcoming vibe for our regulars
What we’re looking for
- Strong barista & or cake shop experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- sound understanding of food safety and handling
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Confident, reliable, organised and able to work weekends if required
