About the Role
As a Trainee Factory Supervisor, you'll work alongside our production team to learn every aspect of the manufacturing process while developing the leadership, communication, and organisational skills needed to supervise a busy factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Work safely and efficiently while following company procedures and WHS requirements.
- Develop an understanding of production scheduling, workflow, and stock movement.
- Assist with quality control and ensure products meet company standards.
- Shadow experienced supervisors to learn daily factory operations and team coordination.
- Support the onboarding and training of new employees as your experience grows.
- Contribute to a positive, productive, and safety-focused workplace culture.

- Previous manufacturing or factory experience is welcome but not essential.
- Experience in the printing industry is an advantage but not required.
