In this role, you'll:
- You will develop and deliver road, bridge and traffic infrastructure or maintenance projects to achieve road safety, asset management and network efficiency outcomes.
- Manage project delivery (direct control and contract works) to agreed time, cost, quality and scope.
- Develop project briefs and estimates; procure and oversee service providers; monitor programs to ensure effective use of resources.
- Prepare contract documentation (including technical specifications) and support efficient contract administration.
- Implement effective cost management systems and accurate financial reporting.
- Apply TfNSW procedures and practices to maintain a high level of WHS and environmental management on projects.

About you
- You’re a strong communicator who is self-driven, able to work in both independently and within a dynamic on-site team environment. You’re confident in your ability to manage and influence teams to achieve good outcomes for your projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of road, bridge and traffic infrastructure construction methods, with experience in project delivery, estimating, planning and contract management.
- You have experience in managing a direct control workforce to successfully undertake construction and maintenance projects.
- You’re recognised as an effective communicator and collaborator, skilled at engaging stakeholders, resolving issues and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
- You bring experience in infrastructure project management to achieve safe, cost-effective and timely delivery aligned to organisational objectives.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, current driver’s licence, and willingness to travel and work outside standard hours as required.
