About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Claims & Compliance Admin to join our Claims team.
In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring participant evidence is accurately captured, claims are submitted correctly and on time, and program requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, review and verify evidence required to support claims.
- Prepare and submit claims within required timeframes and program guidelines.
- Complete Post Placement requirements and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
- Review participant records to identify potential claim opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is stored appropriately.
- Identify missing, incorrect or incomplete evidence and work with staff to resolve issues.
- Monitor claim outcomes and follow up on rejected, pending or outstanding claims.
- Support internal compliance activities and ensure processes align with Employment Services guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Employment Services team as required.
Skills and Experiences:
Skills and Experience
- Must have experience in claims processing and Post Placement Support for either Workforce Australia, Inclusive Employment Australia or Transition to Work
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
- The ability to interpret guidelines and apply them accurately.
- Understanding of Mutual Obligation and the Target Compliance Framework
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to meet and exceed outcome-focused KPIs
- Strong computer and data-entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence working independently while also collaborating with frontline teams.
