We are seeking Casual Early Childhood Educators across a number of our services in Wellington. The position will work with a team to contribute to providing a high quality early childhood program.
You’ll be joining Uniting’s Early Learning directorate – a purpose-led team working across Victoria and Tasmania to shape better futures for children and families. - Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (if required by the service)
- Current Employee Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable Persons Check*

- Must be applicable for the State in which the service operates
- An understanding and knowledge of early childhood development
- Ability to support the provision of a developmentally appropriate program for the children, in partnership with other educators, families and children
- An ability to plan, reflect, work and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Law and Regulations
