## Airbnb Cleaner / Co-Host – Eastern Suburbs
**Pay:** $80 per clean
**Timeframe:** Month of August (With potential to extend)
Seeking a reliable, flexible cleaner and co-host for **three boutique studio apartments** in Bondi Beach while the owner is away. Two have kitchenettes; one has a separate kitchen.
Because same-day bookings are frequent, you **must be available to start cleaning at 10:00 AM sharp** when guests checkout.
### The Setup
* **Hours:** Strict turnover window between 10:00 AM (checkout) and 5:00 PM (check-in).
* **Location & Transport:** Ideally living in the Eastern Suburbs with your own reliable transport.
* **Co-Hosting:** You will be added to the Airbnb app to monitor the calendar and message guests.
* **Access & Supplies:** Key lockbox entry. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided on-site.
* **Flexible Laundry:** On-site building facilities. Plenty of spare linen is available, so you can wash at your own convenience rather than all at once.
### Requirements
* Absolute reliability and availability for 10:00 AM same-day booking turnovers.
* Based in or near the Eastern Suburbs with independent transport.
* Comfortable using the Airbnb app for guest communication.
