We are a dedicated manufacturing and engineering company located in Hallam, known for our commitment to excellence and innovation. We are currently looking for staff to join the company to assist in role of administration/accounts clerk and overall support staff. The position requires hardworking, committed to complete work to a high standard. We specifically value reliability, punctuality and the ability to work in a team.
The role involves supporting daily office operations, including:
- Word processing and document preparation
- General administration duties
- Using accounting software/system
- Packaging goods for shipment
- Assisting with day-to-day office tasks
Training will be provided, so experience is welcome but not essential.
Requirements:
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated hardworking and committed approach to tasks.
- Technical Mindset: Word processing (Word/Excel), ability to understand and manage information.
- Education level: Diploma level
- Reliability: Consistently dependable and punctual.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in all tasks.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
