Acting as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, challenging thinking and influencing hiring decisions to deliver talent outcomes aligned to both immediate and future business needs.

Partnering with leaders to understand current and future talent needs, developing and executing tailored attraction strategies to identify, assess and secure exceptional talent across a diverse portfolio of specialist roles.

Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition partnering role within a complex corporate environment.

Strong capability across talent attraction, direct sourcing, assessment and selection, with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

The ability to influence, coach and partner with stakeholders at all levels, building credibility through insight, judgement and service excellence.

Commercial thinking and a business-first mindset, with an understanding of how talent decisions support broader organisational objectives.
