About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, interests, and goals. No two days are the same, and your role may include:
- Assisting with community access and social participation
- Supporting skill development and independence
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Encouraging choice, inclusion, and meaningful engagement
- Transporting participants to activities and appointments
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about supporting others
- Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude
- Respectful of individual choice and dignity
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion (or willingness to complete)
