MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and present beverages at the highest quality and consistency.
- Maintain hygiene and organisation in the store, including storage areas.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with management to provide feedback from customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Education or certifications in hospitality management is advantageous.
