A day in the life:
As a FIELD VISUAL MERCHADISER your daily tasks will include travelling to retail stores throughout NSW to:

Execute and adapt VM memos in line with Ghanda's creative direction to optimise floor space and generate customer interest

Maintain exceptional store presentation standards across folding, hanging, displays, ticketing and window installations
-
Deliver on-the-floor coaching and training to retail teams on VM fundamentals
-
Audit and report store maintenance concerns, fixture changes and inventory levels
-
Support the set-up, opening, relocation or closing of retail stores as required
About you:

Have a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional brand presentation standards

Communicate confidently and build rapport quickly with store teams across multiple locations

Demonstrate commercial acumen and proactive problem-solving skills

Be highly organised with strong time management and the ability to work autonomously

Show adaptability and a willingness to respond quickly to changing priorities

Work collaboratively across retail and head office teams with a strong sense of accountability
