As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play an important role in introducing prospective customers to Reward Gateway. You’ll build relationships with HR and People leaders; understand the challenges they’re looking to solve and create meaningful opportunities for our Sales team.

You’ll play a key role in creating new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand by building relationships with HR and People leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, events and other outreach channels.
- Researching organisations to understand their business priorities and people challenges.
- Conducting thoughtful discovery conversations to identify opportunities where Reward Gateway can add value.
- Qualifying opportunities and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives.
- Working closely with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events and inbound enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate customer information and activity within Salesforce.
- Developing a strong understanding of Reward Gateway’s products, customers and the HR technology landscape.
- Contributing to a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Continuously developing your skills through coaching, feedback and SDR Academy.

Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Success or another customer-facing role is beneficial, but not essential. Most importantly, we’re looking for people with the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
