Key duties include
Administer and maintain HubSpot by managing day-to-day system configuration, settings, properties, pipelines, forms, lists and other platform components to support reliable business use.
Manage users, permissions and access controls by maintaining appropriate roles, seats and access levels in line with organisational needs, privacy obligations and good governance practice.
Support data quality and integrity by monitoring duplicates, field usage, data standards, contact records, segmentation and other CRM hygiene issues, and coordinating practical remediation activities.
Maintain workflows and automations by supporting the configuration, testing, documentation and troubleshooting of HubSpot workflows, forms, email processes and related system behaviours.

You understand how a well-managed CRM supports QAGOMA's audience engagement, stakeholder relationships, revenue generation and effective digital operations.

You manage competing requests, prioritise practical system improvements and follow issues through to resolution.

You bring care, accuracy and sound judgement to the administration of a system that contains important organisational and audience data.
Technical
You will have practical experience administering a CRM, marketing automation platform or similar business system, with HubSpot experience.
