About the Role
Sinco Services is seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our team servicing a childcare centre in Elsternwick.
This is an ongoing position for a team of two cleaners working together. The service is scheduled Monday to Friday and takes approximately 5 hours in total each day, with each team member working around 2.5 hours per shift commencing at approximately 6pm. Monday to Thursday services must be completed on the scheduled day, while the Friday service offers some flexibility and may be completed over the weekend if preferred.
Applications from established cleaning teams are highly encouraged. This may include couples, friends, family members, or other cleaning partners who wish to work together. Individual applications are also welcome, and suitable applicants may be paired with another team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and toilets
- Cleaning kitchen areas, including benches, sinks, and surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout the facility
- Emptying bins and maintaining cleanliness of common areas
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Following site procedures and maintaining high cleaning standards
- Working effectively as part of a two-person cleaning team

Requirements
- ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current Working With Children Check (mandatory)
- Current Police Check (mandatory)
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism
