Minaret College is a growing independent Islamic school committed to excellence in education and continuous improvement. We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused ICT Business Analyst to support the optimisation of our business systems and processes as the College continues to expand.
About the Role
The ICT Business Analyst will work closely with College leadership, administrative teams and technical providers to improve business processes, enhance system functionality and deliver meaningful data insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Improving business processes and workflows.
- Configuring and enhancing systems, including Compass and Xero.
- Supporting system integrations and data quality.
- Developing reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- Coordinating system testing and implementation.
- Providing user support, documentation and staff training.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
About You
You will have:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Business Analyst, ICT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with business systems, process improvement and reporting.
- The ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
Experience with Compass, Xero, or education-sector systems will be highly regarded.
