We are seeking a reliable and skilled Technician to join our polyurethane manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who has some knowledge of electronics, enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and is comfortable working with chemical mixing and moulding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Mould Set-Up:
- Prepare, assemble, and maintain moulds according to production specifications. Ensure correct alignment, cleanliness, and readiness for casting operations.
- Chemical Mixing:
Accurately measure, mix, and handle chemicals used in polyurethane production. Follow strict safety procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent material performance.
- Operate Polyurethane Dispensing Machine:
Run, monitor, and adjust polyurethane dispensing equipment. Maintain optimal machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure accurate dispensing during production cycles. Inspect finished products for defects, verify measurements, and ensure compliance with production standards. Follow all WHS guidelines, maintain a clean work environment, and perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance. About You

- Experience in polyurethane manufacturing, chemical handling, or machine operation (polyurethane experience highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks.
