Brioche by Philip is an award winning bakery and has become a Melbourne institution. We currently operate 4 retail stores with plans for additional stores over the next 3 years.
As such we are looking for full-time baker with experience to join our team and grow with us.
For full time, you will need to be available to work 5 days a week, included weekend shift, also able to working overnight commencing from 8pm to 4am

- Salary: $80,000 starting plus super plus incentives

The successful applicant will have the following:
- Experience working as a baker
- Good knowledge of baking techniques including mixing and temperature control
- Competent in operating, setting and adjusting ovens
- Competent with weighing and mixing ingredients
- Maintain consistency in recipes, production methods and finished products.
- Competent with unloading, de-panning and cooling of bread and other bakery products
- Passion in baking and making food products
- Have a good knowledge of food and safety hygiene
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work quickly and have a good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Be a team player
