The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) recognises that the health care needs of children, young people and their families is distinct to that of adults. It is in this regard that the HHS has commenced a dedicated program of work to optimise the care and experience of our youngest patients.
This is your opportunity to lead this exciting program as our first Executive Director, Children's Services.
Based at Townsville University Hospital (TUH), which is just one of nine specialised children's hospitals in Australia, you will leverage your strategic influence and clinical leadership to work with senior managers and clinicians across the organisation to shape the future of paediatric services.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Salary range: $394,377 to $492,838 p.a. (L18 - L27)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
Probation period may apply.
