The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and manage commercial construction and fit-out projects from planning through to handover.
In this role, you will take ownership of project delivery, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for keeping projects on programme and within budget while providing clear direction and maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction and fit-out projects from planning through to completion
- Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders
- Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and procurement requirements
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality and contractual requirements
- Coordinate project documentation, RFIs, variations and progress reporting
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates to the Project Director and Director
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven Project Management experience within commercial construction and/or fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project delivery and compliance requirements
- Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets and programmes
- Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery
- Current White Card
- Full Driver’s Licence
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
