As our Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of large-loss restoration projects by coordinating teams, resources and information across multiple stakeholders. Working closely with the Large Loss Manager/Business Development Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards while maintaining strong communication with insurers, clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines and deliverables with senior managers
- Coordinate resources across technicians, supervisors and subcontractors
- Monitor project milestones, budgets and performance against KPIs
- Support administration of large-scale insurance restoration claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records across internal systems
- Facilitate communication between clients, insurers, trades and internal teams
- Support training, onboarding and system/process capability across teams
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
