Landscape Maintenance / Gardener
Garden Elements Landscapes Pty Ltd is a Landscape Maintenance Company servicing both Brisbane Metro and Gold Coast. We predominately carry out the Landscape /Grounds maintenance for several Aged Care Companies managing many Facilities as well as maintaining streetscapes within new suburbs including their parks, gardens and large retention basins alongside associated soft landscape works.
We are currently seeking a Leading Hand and Landscape Labourer's to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Turf and garden maintenance including ride on mowing, edging, brushcutting,hedging, pruning.
- Weed control / Spraying – Use of Chemicals / herbicides.
- To assist in Garden rejuvenation or enhancements including planting, mulching, fertilizing, top dressing and turf laying.
- Extensive garden clean ups.
REQUIREMENTS:
It is preferred that the successful Leading Hand applicant should have:
- Experience in Landscape maintenance, soft landscaping per the key responsibilities.
- MR Licence and white card.
- Drive MR vehicle/Tip truck towing a trailer.
- Be able to complete jobs to the standards expected whilst overseeing and managing Team Members.
- Professional presentation & positive attitude.
- Ability to liaise with customers in a professional and appropriate manner.
Applicants for Labouring roles should have:
- Some experience in landscape maintenance.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Licence and white card
Remuneration negotiable based on level of qualifications, experience and responsibilities.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
