Core Objective
Provide high quality cleaning services to residential and commercial customers, in line with VeriClean's methods and standards. The Support Cleaner is essential in assisting the Lead Cleaner to ensure service excellence, maintaining the VeriClean Standard across all tasks. This role is vital in upholding VeriClean's positive, sustainable culture and contributing to the conservation efforts supported by every service completed.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Cleaner to complete assigned services to VeriClean standards.
- Be transported by the Lead Cleaner between service sites throughout the workday.
- Self-manage transport to the first service site and from the last service site each day.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and support the Lead Cleaner in service delivery.
- Use VeriClean's allocated mobile app (Servis) to access service details, record start/end times, geo-location, and report service issues or provide photos/videos.
- Use only allocated VeriClean eco-friendly cleaning products and wear the VeriClean uniform.
Pay: $32.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
