THE ROLE…
We’re on the lookout for a creative, people-focused Design Consultant to join our Residential Design Team. Based at Home Collective in Leederville, you'll work closely with clients to help bring their dream homes to life through thoughtful design guidance and product selections.
Reporting to the Design Manager, you'll be the go-to expert in interior styling and surface selections, helping clients navigate their choices with confidence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The role will include (but is not limited to):
- Becoming a subject matter expert in Beaumont Tiles products, design trends, and styling solutions
- Preparing for client appointments with care and attention to detail
- Understanding each client's vision, lifestyle, and design preferences
- Providing tailored product and design recommendations to achieve cohesive interior outcomes
- Guiding clients through the selection process while delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Staying ahead of interior design trends and bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to clients
- Collaborating with builders, designers, and the wider selection teams
- Attending industry events, product launches, and trade shows to stay informed and inspired
