We're partnering with a globally recognised HVAC manufacturer looking for an experienced technician to join their Technical Support team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping customers and wants a long-term office-based career.
The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced technical team, you'll provide product advice and technical support to contractors, installers and internal staff. Every day is different, with a mix of troubleshooting, service coordination and customer support.
No previous office experience is required. If you're comfortable using computers, communicate well and have strong HVAC knowledge, we'll support you as you transition into the role.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and technicians
- Troubleshoot installation and servicing enquiries
- Coordinate warranty claims and service requests
- Process product returns
- Prepare service documentation
- Support technical training resources
- Work closely with internal departments

- Qualified HVAC/Refrigeration Technician
- Strong fault-finding ability
