As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, evidence-based and person-centred care to patients throughout their hospital journey, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised nursing care.
- Monitoring patient progress and responding appropriately to changes in clinical condition.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies.
- Supporting patients through admission, treatment and discharge planning.
- Collaborating with medical officers, allied health professionals and nursing colleagues to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and participating in clinical handovers.
- Educating and supporting patients and their families throughout their care journey.
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and fostering a positive, patient-focused team culture.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of medical and surgical presentations while providing excellent opportunities to further develop your clinical skills within a supportive acute care environment.

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
