Job description:
looking for a Chef/Kitchen Hand to join our team.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare, cook and present a range of cafe-style meals, including breakfast and lunch.
- Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Share your expertise and train junior kitchen staff as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cafe Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality cafe dishes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred.
