Mediteraneo is an upmarket steakhouse and seafood restaurant in Albert Park.
We are looking for a venue manager to join our team. The position is full time after three month induction period.
You must have experiences in all sections of the restaurant including barworks. You must have adequate qualification in hospitality, with Austr certificate IV as a minimum.
You will enjoy a small but efficient team who is professional and supportive and relatively high gratuities.
Your duties will include but not limit to:
- Daily front of house operations, working in sections/ host or all rounding as required
- managing staff and rostering within company budget
- weekly stocktaking and communicating weekly with purchasing manager
- ensuring quality customer services and professional food and wine services
