As Australia's leading manufacturer and distributor of premium aluminium products, Capral are looking for a Customer Sales & Service Coordinator to join our Huntingwood team.
This office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organisation and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role supporting the sales process, managing customer orders and helping deliver a seamless customer experience.
Capral's Industrial division partners with manufacturers, OEMs, engineers and fabricators across Australia, supplying premium aluminium extrusions, rolled products and custom aluminium solutions. Backed by local manufacturing, technical expertise and a national distribution network, we support customers across the transport, defence, marine, manufacturing, mining and general engineering sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to phone and email enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare quotations and provide order status and lead time updates
- Review orders for accuracy and product suitability
- Track orders from quotation through to delivery, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process
- Coordinate customer enquiries and assist with resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process credit claims in accordance with company policy
- Provide product and technical support to customers over the phone
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and genuinely enjoys helping customers.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in a customer service, internal sales or sales support role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability
