About the Role
Edenvale is looking for an organised and dependable Warehouse & Ecommerce Fulfilment Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of our Warriewood warehouse.
This is a hands-on role covering warehouse organisation, inventory control, ecommerce order fulfilment, dispatch, freight coordination and routine customer service.
You will generally manage your daily workload independently, ensuring stock records remain accurate and orders are picked, packed and dispatched correctly and on time. During busy periods, you may also coordinate casual warehouse support.
This position would suit someone with practical warehouse experience who is comfortable taking ownership of daily priorities and using ecommerce and inventory systems. Experience with Shopify, ecommerce fulfilment and freight coordination is desirable, but training can be provided for someone with the right warehouse background and technical aptitude.

Founded in 2006, Edenvale is Australia’s leading producer of premium alcohol-removed wines. We offer an award-winning range made from fully fermented wine, with the alcohol gently removed.
Our Warriewood warehouse supports orders from Edenvale’s online shop and small-business customers, as well as samples and stock for partners, media, events and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily organisation, safety and workflow of the Warriewood warehouse.
- Receive, check, record and store incoming stock and deliveries.
- Pick, pack and dispatch ecommerce and small-business orders accurately.
- Maintain accurate stock and order information in Shopify and other business systems.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with full stocktakes.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Process order amendments, cancellations, returns and replacements.
- Liaise with couriers and transport providers to arrange pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and investigate delayed, missing or damaged deliveries.
- Respond professionally to routine customer order and delivery enquiries.
- Prepare and dispatch product samples for customers, business partners, media and influencers.
- Coordinate stock and materials for events, tastings, photoshoots and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor cartons, packaging, labels and other warehouse supplies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, secure and well organised.
- Identify practical ways to improve warehouse processes and workflow.
- Coordinate casual warehouse support during busy periods when required.
About You
You are practical, reliable and detail-focused, with hands-on warehouse experience and the confidence to manage your daily priorities independently.
You take pride in maintaining accurate stock records, preparing orders correctly and keeping your workspace organised. You are also comfortable using technology, communicating with customers and resolving routine operational issues.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in warehousing or a closely related role.
- Practical experience receiving, picking, packing and dispatching stock.
- Experience with inventory control, stock records and stocktakes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy.
- The ability to plan and manage daily warehouse activities independently.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Clear and professional communication and customer service skills.
- A practical and proactive approach to resolving problems.
- The physical capacity to safely perform warehouse duties, including regularly lifting and moving cartons weighing approximately 8–10 kg.
- Full Australian working rights. Edenvale is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
Desirable but Not Essential
- Ecommerce order-fulfilment experience.
- Experience using Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform.
- Experience coordinating couriers, freight or deliveries.
- Experience in wine, beverages, FMCG or ecommerce.
- Experience coordinating and managing staff.
