Mercer
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transformation and Change team at Mercer Super . This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Change Manager : 12-month contract.
The Change Manager will be responsible for leading change management and communication efforts for our R isk P rogram and partner with senior stakeholders to transform the risk culture and capability at Mercer Super .
For all workstreams within the program , ensure the key principles of our Change Management framework are applied, including but not limited to; change management and communication plans, change impact assessments, business readiness, change health assessments, training strategies, and plans.
D eliver effective communication plans and training programs to ensure stakeholders are informed and equipped to embrace and adopt change across the program via multiple workstreams . Tailor communication and training materials to different stakeholder groups , by performing capability and competency analysis.
Partner with senior stakeholders and support the Program Manager, Project Managers, Portfolio Leader and Change Lead to deliver an uplift in Risk Culture and Capability to meet Mercer Super’s target state.
