The Technology & Delivery team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper’s core systems and platforms - to provide high availability, stability and performance. We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper’s Strategy.

The role
As a Senior Application Developer – Web, you will design, develop and maintain technical solutions that support business objectives and member outcomes. You will apply your expertise to deliver secure, scalable applications while contributing to technical standards and practices.
We currently have 2 permanent positions supporting 2 different programs of work, what an exciting time to be part of UniSuper!!
- Design and implement technical solutions aligned to standards and business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration and data requirements
- Contribute to development standards, code reviews, and estimation practices
- Partner with Quality Engineering to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Support incident resolution and root cause analysis activities
- Contribute to change and release management processes
About you
You bring strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality application solutions in a collaborative environment. You apply analytical thinking and sound judgement to solve complex technical challenges.
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced experience in designing complex application solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and contemporary technologies
- Experience mentoring and supporting other developers
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, NextJS and React
Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience
