With a strong local following and steady trade, you'll be joining a kitchen that values teamwork, consistency and great food.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking quality pub-style meals to a high standard
Running your own section during service
Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
Assisting with stock rotation and food safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Contributing ideas and helping deliver a great guest experience
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef ready to step up
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, team-oriented and passionate about hospitality
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
