Calroc is currently seeking to recruit qualified and an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join the team.
Most of the work is carried out throughout the Perth region.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Evaluating current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Conducting process mapping, gap analysis and workflow documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver ICT solutions
- Assisting in the planning, development, testing and implementation of new systems and software
- Preparing user stories, business cases, reports and technical documentation
- Supporting system integration, data migration and change management activities
- Facilitating workshops and meetings with key stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring deliverables meet business objectives
- Providing end-user support, training and guidance during system implementation
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards and best practices
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

- Strong time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Business administration.
- Relevant industry certifications such as Lean 6 sigma Green Belt (or higher), CBAP, ECBA, Agile, Scrum or PRINCE2 are advantageous
Work Experience
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience delivering ICT projects across business systems, software implementations or digital transformation initiatives
- Previous experience working with ERP, CRM or enterprise business applications will be highly regarded
Pay: $115,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
