Home Care Worker Location: Bald Hills, QLD
Hours: Casual with Permanent Hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Worker to support a local client living in Bald Hills. This consistent, recurring role is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful difference in their community while maintaining a great work-life balance.
You will be providing essential support to help our client maintain their independence, comfort, and safety at home.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assisting with showering, dressing, and grooming with the utmost dignity and respect.
Mobility & Transfers: Providing safe manual handling, transferring, and mobility assistance.
Domestic Assistance: Helping with light cleaning, tidying, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Transport Services: Providing safe transport for community access, appointments, or errands.
Companion Care: Being a friendly, respectful presence in the home (and saying hello to a very friendly small dog!).
Schedule & Availability
To be considered for this role, you must be consistently available during the following local Queensland hours:
Monday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Requirements & Qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing Support, Disability, or equivalent (highly desirable, but experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or National Police Check.
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle.
Demonstrated experience in Manual Handling and safe transfer techniques.
Dog-friendly: Must be comfortable working in a home with a small, friendly dog.
