About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Enrolled Nurse or Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our team in an administration‑based position.
We are looking for a reliable and organised person to be onsite to accept medical deliveries, manage vaccine cold chain requirements, and support day‑to‑day operational tasks. Our office is located in Rockingham WA.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has strong attention to detail, and understands the importance of safe handling within a medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, record, and maintain vaccine cold chain temperatures in line with national guidelines
- Prepare, pack, and organise vaccines for transport and delivery
- Receive, check, and store vaccine stock and medical supplies
- Assist with stock rotation, expiry checks, and inventory management
- Support clinical staff with non‑clinical tasks related to vaccine logistics
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety and compliance procedures
