About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides end-to-end recruitment coordination and onboarding support to ensure a smooth and efficient application, hiring and onboarding experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role supports recruitment coordination and administration including; compliance checks, onboarding support, candidate care as well as other TA activities such as phone screening and recruitment pipeline management. This role will also support other employee lifecycle events managed by People Services team.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will:
- Act as a system super user for the applicant tracking system (PageUp). Maintaining and updating templates and optimizing system processes and supporting system testing
- Coordinate recruitment administration, including requisitions and job postings
- Support recruitment campaigns and hiring activities in collaboration with the TA team
- Prepare and issue contracts of employment
- Coordinate interview scheduling
- Oversee employee onboarding
- Maintain governance by monitoring and tracking pre-employment compliance checks including background checks, fit-to-work checks, governance checks and Working with Children Checks.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with Talent Acquisition, People Services, Hiring Managers and other stakeholders
- Assist with activities and projects across People Services and TA as required as required
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources function
- Experience managing HR systems administration, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), prep and HRIS and workflow management technology platforms. Previous experience with PageUp, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow will be highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to interact with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and willingness to jump in and support wherever needed
- A curious, proactive, self-motivated approach with a “can-do” attitude and ability to anticipate needs before being asked
