Join Our Friendly Community Pharmacy Team
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Student to join our welcoming, community-focused pharmacy on a part-time basis.
This position offers 2–3 days per week, including alternate Saturdays, with the opportunity to become a valued member of a supportive and professional team. Days and hours can be negotiated within our existing roster, and once agreed upon, will remain consistent from week to week to provide stability and work-life balance.
Our pharmacy is open:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- No Sundays or Public Holidays
About the Role
As one of the first faces our customers see, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for every person who walks through our doors.
This is a hands-on role that offers variety and responsibility across both the front of shop and dispensary, including:
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and enquiries
- Stock control and inventory management
- Merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays
- Supporting dispensary operations
- General pharmacy administration and housekeeping
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous pharmacy assistant experience or current pharmacy studies
- A warm, friendly and approachable personality
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for helping people within the local community
Experience in category management, merchandising, and stock control will be highly regarded but is not essential.
